Usage:

1. Fill foot bath with warm water
2. Open packet, take out small packet with the magnesium sulphate crystals, open and add to the foot bath
3. Take out the large tablet and add to the foot bath
4. Place feet in bath, cleanse and relax the feet for approx 15 minutes
5. Follow with a somotology massage of feet and legs for at least 15 minutes using the Massage Serum to help destress soothe and revitalise
